Opening an account with us could not be simpler. Please click the link below to download our Account Application Form.

Once completed, please return the form to us via fax (01639 820 710), email (info@fpswales.com) or post (Accounts Department, Unit 3 Mardon Business Park Central Avenue, Baglan Energy Park, Port Talbot SA12 7AX).

Account Application Forms can usually be processed within three hours of receiving them (if received on a working day, before 2.00 pm).
